Is submitting dirty artwork harmful? posted Mar 16th 2009, 3:28PM

most of my artwork is in notebooks which causes it to become smudged. I think there is a way to fix that on Photoshop but the kids in my class are so slow and uncreative that we haven't had the chance to learn Photoshop yet. I have been experimenting to figure it our but i don't really have the time :/

I mostly wanted to ask the public whether or not artwork that looks dirty (whether its supposed to look fancy or not) is a distasteful thing.

Any help is appreciated criticism is okay as well
